Why We Started Event Home Rental
The Ryder Cup 2027 is coming to Adare Manor, Co. Limerick — one of the most prestigious venues in world golf, and one of the most anticipated sporting events Ireland has ever hosted. Hundreds of thousands of visitors from Ireland, the UK, Europe and the United States will travel to Munster that September.
The problem is simple: there aren’t enough hotel rooms. Demand for quality accommodation near Adare Manor will far outstrip supply, leaving thousands of visitors struggling to find somewhere to stay — and leaving homeowners across the south west of Ireland sitting on an extraordinary opportunity they may not even know about.
Event Home Rental was founded to bridge that gap. Our model is simple and fair. Homeowners pay a modest upfront listing fee to get their property live on the platform. The remainder of our fee — a small commission of 1% of the rental value — is paid only after a successful rental is agreed. That means we only do well when you do well. We are genuinely motivated to make sure your property is seen, presented at its best, and rented.
