How it works for home owners:
★ Click on “List your home”
★ Select your event and fill in your property details
★ Pay a listing fee of €155, or €355 which will list your property on the “featured” section of our homepage for two weeks
★ We will review your submission. Once live, guests can view your property and contact you directly. You manage your own bookings and payments entirely
★ When a booking is made the renter will pay us a fee of 1% which is deductable from your overall fee
★ We will visit the property the week before the event on their behalf
How it works for renters:
★ Browse properties for your selected event
★ Contact home owners directly
★ Once you have an agreement with the homeowner, pay them a holding deposit (we advise 10%)
★ Contact us to inform us of the arrangement and pay us 1% of the overall fee. For example: rental fee of €30,000, pay us €300 and pay the home owner €29,700
★ We will contact you before the event. We will build checklist for the courtesy visit to your home for the week
