There is a bathroom upstairs and down stairs with showers. There is a very large outdoor seating area with barbecue, solid fuel pot bellied stove (turf & logs provided) along with an outdoor WC. There is ample private parking around the house.

We are 5 mins from main Tralee Listowel road. We are 10 minutes from Tralee town and 15 minutes from Listowel. Within 8 min drive there is two shops with hot food deli counters, a butcher's, petrol station, pharmacy, medical centre, fast food restaurant and two pubs.
